Refund and Cancellation Policy
At SoCo Flow, we understand that life happens. Our goal is to be as fair and flexible as possible while honoring the integrity of our teachers’ time and studio space. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for classes, workshops, private sessions, and other offerings.
1. Drop-In Classes
• Cancellations: Must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time.
• Refunds: If canceled within the 2-hour window, you may reschedule or receive a class credit.
• No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
2. Class Packages & Memberships
• Packages (e.g., 5 or 10-class passes):
Non-refundable. Packages are transferable upon request and valid for [insert time period].
• Memberships:
May be canceled at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
3. Workshops & Special Events
• Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
• Less than 48 hours: A 50% refund or studio credit may be issued at our discretion.
• No-Shows: No refunds or credits.
4. Private Sessions (Yoga, Dance, Sound Healing, etc.)
• Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows: Will be charged in full.
5. Studio Retreats & Training Programs
• All retreat and training deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment refunds may be available based on the specific cancellation policy outlined at the time of registration.
6. Retail Products
• Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging with receipt.
• No refunds on used products, opened wellness items (e.g., oils), or sale items.
